Send us your venue details, current packages, photos, prices and policies. We help prepare your listing, then you review and approve it before it goes live.
Set your availability and prices
Manage party time slots, closed dates, guest limits, packages, extras and cancellation policies. Add phone or walk-in bookings so those times are not offered to parents.
Let parents book an open time
At launch, parents can see availability, choose their package and extras, review the price, and pay at booking according to your payment settings.
Keep party details together
Use your venue dashboard for bookings, parent contact information, guest counts, packages, extras and notes. Your account has access only to your own venue.
Start with a founding venue
We’re welcoming founding venues in Toronto. Your first three completed kikibash bookings have no booking fee; card processing is charged at cost.
